Freedom Mortgage Corporation Wins Top Workplaces Award
Indianapolis area office recognized among the area's best employers by independent survey
Mount Laurel, NJ – April 18, 2016 – Freedom Mortgage Corporation, a privately held, full-service mortgage lender licensed in all 50 states, announced that its Fishers, Indiana facility has been awarded a 2016 Top Workplaces honor by The Indianapolis Star. The Top Workplaces awards are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by WorkplaceDynamics, LLC, a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement.
The Top Workplaces award is not a popularity contest. And oftentimes, people assume it's all about fancy perks and benefits.
said Doug Claffey, CEO of WorkplaceDynamics. But to be a Top Workplace, organizations must meet our strict standards for organizational health. And who better to ask about work life than the people who live the culture every day, the employees. Time and time again, our research has proven that what's most important to them is a strong belief in where the organization is headed, how it's going to get there, and the feeling that everyone is in it together.
Claffey added, Without this sense of connection, an organization doesn't have a shot at being named a Top Workplace.
The survey polled employees on multiple dimensions of their jobs, including how they are managed, the extent to which they feel connected to the organization and its values, and how meaningful and valuable they feel their work is to the company and the community. Freedom Mortgage rated particularly high among respondents on the statements, My job makes me feel like I am part of something meaningful,
and I feel genuinely appreciated at Freedom Mortgage.
among others.
We are tremendously appreciative of this recognition,
said Freedom Mortgage CEO Stanley C. Middleman. The poll results show that Freedom Mortgage's team members in the Indianapolis area truly get the importance of what we do when we help people achieve their homeownership goals. We are extremely proud to have been recognized with this award,
Middleman said.
